In-Person Sprint

Are you wanting more peace, stability, or presence in your lives together?

This in-person 1.5 day Sprint is ideal for couples who are looking for real time reflection, discussion, and coaching sessions to envision your lives together. We will plan your agenda ahead of time and then surrender to the magic of Sami’s facilitation and coaching to co-design your future state.

Outcomes:

  • A shared vision for your lives together.

  • Chosen values and habits to support your vision.

  • A roadmap and next steps.

Ongoing coaching is available after your Sprint to support the implementation of your vision.

How it Works

Set-Up:

  • Meet with Sami for a prep call. Explore your transitions and what type of support you are seeking.

  • Sami will draft your agenda. (See here for a sample)

  • Set weekday dates & location for your Sprint.

  • Final prep call to revise agenda.

Step 1:

Attend your Sprint ready to dive in, explore, and intentionally design your lives together.

Step 2:

Receive a slide deck with your Sprint results to revise and keep for your own reference.

Step 3:

Have a coaching call with Sami one-month after your Sprint to debrief and check-in.

Sami’s Home Office

Price: Included

Meet in Sami’s beautiful home office conveniently located off the N-Judah and 6th & Irving. Two blocks from Golden Gate Park with countless restaurants nearby.

Location of Your Choice

Price: Commutes under 30 mins oneway are free. $75 for each 30 minute thereafter.

We recommend being in an environment that can spark new insights. A vacation home, inspiring office, or a selected Airbnb are great options.

Mill Valley Home

Price: $2,000

Featured in several interior home magazines, this artfully designed, sun filled home is a perfect two-night location for your Sprint.

Investment

Cancellation Policy:

  • Free cancellations 2hr before Prep Call.

  • Refund of deposit up to one month before Sprint (minus $300 for customized agenda.)

  • Second payment can be cancelled up to one week before Sprint.
