Sami Packard

I operate at the intersections of corporate <> artistic, rational<> intuitive. I’ve spent the last 17 years developing individuals to be creative leaders at Kaiser Permanente, Design for America, and most recently Accenture consulting.

Alongside this, I got married in 2016, created two children, bought and sold two condos and rediscovered my hobbies.

I’ve always asked myself: how can I show up as my full self amidst others? What is the balance of self-advocacy and compromise? Through these exploration, I’ve experienced that every encounter with a partner or loved one can be a mirror to better understanding myself.

It is this self-inquiry that excites me the most and the lens I bring to relationship coaching. I will invite you to explore what you can learn about yourselves through conflict, clarify your values individually, and find common ground as a unit to pave a path forward.

I bring a practical perspective to guide you on how you can bring your vision and values to life with new norms and routines to build and maintain the life you want together.

I am honored to explore the inner workings of each of my clients and consider it a profound experience to see the world from another person’s perspective.
